Shipping Policy

ORDER TURN AROUND TIME FRAME - Please allow up to 10 business days for all order turn arounds due to high demand.

PAYMENTS - Once your payment is processed and cleared, your order will be made and then shipped to you. We accept all card formats.

SHIPPING & POSTAGE - Please ensure delivery details are correct when placing you order. Mez Made takes no responsibility for lost items posted by us to an address that has been incorrectly provided by the customer. If your package is going to a business address please ensure business details are provided. Mez Made does not take any responsibility for ANY lost packages. Once a package has left our warehouse, the shipment, handling and delivery is completely out of our control. 

All items are sent via Australia Post. All orders will be shipped with tracking provided via email, at the moment orders are shipped Fridays & Saturday morning. Express Post is available at additional fees shipped Fridays & Saturday mornings - this will also be sent with tracking details. 

SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS - Australia Post can be unpredictable especially in peak seasons such as Christmas, therefore we ask that you allow extra time for delivery.  Normal delivery period for National Orders is 2-8 business days.
